Hurricane is all about the discovery and development of oil from fractured basement reservoirs.
Hurricane announces that the 205 21a-7Z well (the "Horizontal Sidetrack Well") has achieved a sustainable flow rate using an Electrical Submersible Pump of 14,500 stock tank barrels of oil per day with no produced formation water. The flow rate was constrained by the test equipment.
Hurricane is pleased to announce that it has conditionally raised gross proceeds of £70 million through a proposed issue of 205,882,353 Placing Shares at a price of 34 pence per share.
The Company is also proposing separately to make an Open Offer to all Qualifying Shareholders to enable Qualifying Shareholders to have the opportunity to participate in the capital raising process at the Issue Price.
